Sometimes I’m really pissed off and I write a very long mail for the other party. I give facts and figures to show I strongly disagree or I’m hurt by some statement. It’s a feeler reaction. I know it. That’s why with time I have learned not to push on the send button and save them as draft or send them to myself. Today is such a day. I received unfair feedback this morning. I wrote the complete argumentation in an email. Now I know I’m not to blame. So I’m sending that sanguine email to my gmail, in case I really need to put those arguments on the table… Is it accepting the other point of view ? No. it’s avoiding to harm the relation even more. It’s trying to find another solution than retaliation. It’s counting points silently before making the final call.

I work since several years as a "Software Engineer". I worked for Cediti (an UCL spin-off), Software AG, HP and IBM. In 2010 I have taken 1 year sabbatical leave in order to start new activities in the field of ePaper and eReading (electronic Reading). I have launched a new website : http://www.appepaper.com/ Today I still focus on "Digital Reading" ICT systems. For example, I design systems which allow to buy, rent or lend e-books. But my work activities are still diversified : ICT Architecture (mostly SOA), eReading and Social Maketing (new), you can read about all of them on my professional blog : http://eavolution.com/ In the future I would like to do 100% eReading. My objective is to become a worldwide expert on eReading by 2020. My LeisuresI like sports. I have been doing football (soccer), water-polo, horse-riding and tennis in the past, but today I focus on cycling (montain bike, road bike, spinning).
