The perfect memo for Procter&Gamble

1. the first ? must contain= what you ask exactly and the key details for the decision and the other poeple who agree/disagree with it
2. The second ? concerns the Background information required to understand the context. Useless information should be excluded.
3. The 3rd ? contains the basis of the recommendation = the reason why the decision should be taken.
4. The 4th ? contains the details (quantities, costs, timing). Possily also wth other alternatives were not recommended.
5. The 5th ? concerns the next steps. What needs to be done, when and who should do it.
