Some Tips:

• Download the annual report of the company
• Look at the company products/services
• Read the complete case and build a table of all numbers present in the text and their signification. This will give you quick access to data as arguments in the discussion.
  • Example : Cisco was successfull with their acquisition strategy because they acquired more than 50 companies between 1993 and 2000. 70% of these companie's owners stayed at Cisco as managers.
