My SOA repository prototype is an open structured database. One can also document the business processes which make use of the services or alternatively document the services which are required for a business process.

I have documented a "Business Process" in Entrypot, just to show how a structured repository can be used to represent business information.

Each of the process steps could be "Manual" or "Automated".

If they are automated, they could make use of a Service.... For instance the Validate Business Card Request could use the Postal Address Check Service in order to enable some fraud detection...
